Coast Watchers 2012

The epic four month expedition around Tasmania by bike, kayak and foot to survey and sample the amount and type of marine debris gathering on the coastline. Along the way over 1500 primary school students joined for beach clean-ups and four selected teams of high school students undertook 5 day journeys to Melaleuca, Flinders Island, the Pieman Heads and Recherche Bay.
